Hi and Welcome. We set up this Blog as a way to communicate about an exciting Missions Trip coming up soon. A group of 27 people of all Ages are heading to New Orleans LA to help with the rebuilding effort.
We arrive Sunday 8/10/08. Our desire is to share our hearts and talents with the people of New Orleans all the while pointing them to the "Master Re builder" of lives Jesus Christ.
Do check back often starting Sunday Night 8/10/08 as we hope to post pictures and stories. The families of the team can post comments. We might open comments up to the general public as well. They will be moderated so keep them short and relevant.
Our team is from Sayre Woods Bible Church www.sayrewoods.org and we are being hosted by Berean Bible Church in NOLA www.bereannola.org
This is our 5th trip down to the hardest hit areas of New Orleans. We hope to be rebuilding homes on this trip stay tuned as we provide updates.
